UmbraTracker is a community tool for Warframe, available on this site and through a Discord bot. This page states exactly what is stored, why, and how to erase all of it. The data controller is the site operator, reachable at [email protected].

What is collected

Without an account you can browse freely. Nothing personal is recorded, apart from the aggregated counter and the server logs described below.

Legal basis

Account, tracking and alert data rest on performing the service you asked for. Server logs and the traffic counter rest on the legitimate interest of running and securing the service. No data is used for advertising.

What is never done

No data is sold, rented or handed to brokers.
No ads, no advertising trackers, no third-party analytics.
No Warframe or Discord password is ever asked for or stored. Sign-in goes through Discord.
No payment card data is received: payments are handled by Ko-fi.
The content of your Discord messages is not read. The bot only receives the commands you send it.

Third parties

Discord: authentication, bot operation, direct messages.
Digital Extremes: the public Warframe APIs are queried to read a public profile when you link your account.
warframe.market: public prices are fetched. None of your data is sent there.
Ko-fi: supporter payments.
Cloudflare: site delivery, sees visitor IP addresses.

Servers are hosted in the European Union.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export and delete your data. The two buttons below work immediately while signed in, with no need to write to anyone. For anything else, write to [email protected]. You may also complain to your national data protection authority.

Your data, right now

The export downloads a JSON file with everything attached to your account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: account, watchlist, alerts, linked Warframe account, inventory, notifications. It cannot be undone.

Minors

The service follows Discord’s terms and is not intended for people below the minimum age Discord requires in their country.

Changes

Any change to this page will be reflected by the update date at the top. UmbraTracker is not affiliated with Digital Extremes or warframe.market.
