UmbraTracker is built and run by one person. That means you get a real answer rather than a canned one, but not always within the hour. Discord is by far the fastest way to reach me.

Discord, the fastest way

Open a private ticket in one click, or post in the public channels. Bugs, account problems, feature ideas, all of it goes there.

Reporting a bug

The more precise you are, the faster it is fixed. What helps:

• What you did, and what you expected instead
• The exact command or the page address
• The item or weapon involved, if there is one
• A screenshot, and the time it happened

Suggesting a feature

Suggestions are welcome and several already shipped. Tell me the problem you are trying to solve rather than the solution you imagine: it often turns out there is a simpler way.

Account and data

You can export or delete everything attached to your account yourself, immediately, from the privacy page. No need to ask. Go to the privacy page.

Anything about your Warframe account itself, bans, lost items or in-game purchases belongs to Digital Extremes support. UmbraTracker only reads public data and is not affiliated with them.
