UmbraTrackerVoid Storms are not random. By logging every fissure since we started collecting, three rules came out clean. Everything below is computed live from our own log, not copied.
Every rotation starts at minute 20 past the hour, in 100% of the 718 rotations we recorded. Normal fissures, by contrast, start at any minute.
Each rotation brings exactly 6 storms, in 100% of rotations. It is a hard quota, not an average.
Every rotation is 2 Axi, 2 Lith, 1 Meso, 1 Neo, in 100% of rotations. So you always know which relic eras the next wave will offer, even before it appears.
All storms of one wave expire at the same instant, in 100% of waves, after a duration drawn between 90 and 90 minutes. Knowing one expiry gives you all the others. Because waves overlap, several are active at once.
Only 29 nodes ever host a Void Storm, and each one always offers the same relic era. So you cannot predict which nodes will be picked, but you always know the possible list.

Figures come from our own fissure log: 718 rotations over 30 days, recorded automatically. These are server-side parameters that Digital Extremes can change in any update, so the page recomputes itself from fresh data rather than quoting fixed numbers.
What we could not find: no way to predict which nodes a rotation will pick. Across every lag up to 72 hours the repetition rate stays at zero, so the draw inside each era pool looks genuinely random.
